Mid-Century Modern Drop-Leaf Desk by Arne Vodder for Sigh and Son Denmark, 1960s
This has a drop leaf which when lifted extends the surface area of the desk top. The pedestal with drawers is cleverly mounted on a runner, so it can be slid across to have the knee hole on whichever side you prefer.
