This piece is an edition from ECART and is no more produced. 1980's
Nickel-plated steel tube and elastic rubber cord.
René Herbst first showed his "Chaise Sandows" at the 1929 Salon d'Automne, where Le Corbusier also presented furniture with tubular steel frames.
This chair figures in the Moma collection in New York.
